Who we are

WingPMS is a product of Rapid Rabbit Labs Pvt. Ltd.. WingPMS is a working product name; company, domain and trademark details will be confirmed publicly before general launch. You can reach us at hello@wingpms.com.

What this website collects

This site has four forms: the hotel digital audit, the demo request, the Founding Hotel Program application and the pricing request. Each asks only for what we need to respond usefully — your hotel, how to reach you, and enough context to give you a real answer rather than a template.

• Hotel name, website and country
• Your name, role, email and optionally a phone or WhatsApp number
• Room count, current system and what you told us about your operational situation

The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not sent to us and are not stored anywhere.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to prepare a working session or an audit, and to keep track of the conversation if it continues. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Form submissions are passed to the customer system we use to manage enquiries. If you have asked for a digital audit, we will look at the website and WhatsApp number you gave us, because that is the thing you asked us to do.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that if you come back to us a year later we know what was discussed. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@wingpms.com and we will action it. Depending on where you are — Malaysia’s PDPA, the UK GDPR, the UAE’s federal data protection law and India’s DPDP Act all apply differently — you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour those.

Guest data inside WingPMS

This page covers this website. Guest data held inside the WingPMS product on behalf of a hotel is governed by the agreement with that hotel: the hotel is the data controller, we process it on their instructions, and retention and access are configured during implementation. Hotels can export their reservation and guest data in a standard format at any point.
