This site is operated by Rapid Rabbit Labs Pvt. Ltd.. WingPMS is a working product name; trademark, company and domain details will be confirmed publicly before general launch.

Information on this site

We try to keep product descriptions accurate and to say plainly where something is in development rather than live. WingPMS is being built with founding hotels, so capability changes. Nothing on this website forms a contractual commitment about product functionality — what your property is entitled to is set out in your own agreement with us, and if a feature matters to your decision, ask us to confirm its current status in writing.

Calculators and estimates

The calculators on this site are estimation tools. They run in your browser, use the numbers you enter, and show their assumptions on the page. They are not financial advice and their output should not be treated as a forecast of what your property will earn or save.

The free hotel digital audit

The audit is provided free and without obligation. It is a written assessment based on what we can observe from outside your property — your website, your booking journey and, where you give us the number, one ordinary enquiry sent to your WhatsApp. We tell you it was us as soon as the audit is delivered.

Findings are our opinion, offered in good faith. They are not a guarantee of results, and acting on them is your decision.

Third-party references

Where we refer to other systems — channels, payment providers, messaging platforms — those are operated by their own companies under their own terms. Rules for business messaging in particular are set by the platform and differ by market. We will not assert on your behalf that a given use is compliant in your country.

Liability

This website and the free materials on it are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the terms of a signed agreement for the WingPMS product.
